Curtain Siders
Belle Coachworks are curtain side body builders who specialize in manufacturing high end robust curtain siders for commercial trucks, tailored and customised as per the needs and requirements of customers. How do we do this? By providing a huge variety of specification options to choose from.
We specialise in building anything from 7.5 ton rigid vehicles to 44 ton trailers. Security options like Kevlar lined curtains, galvanized frames for longevity, movable side pillars which provide additional strength and specialty features, such as air freight loading systems ensure that we leave no stone unturned when it comes to the crucial matter of quality.
Designed and created at Belle Coachworks’ state of the art workshops with latest equipment and technology, our curtain side bodies ensure unmatched quality, strength and durability. Curtain siders provide unparalleled flexibility and reliability for everyday operations at an extremely affordable price, making them a perfect option for our customers. They also have a smooth billboard kind of finish which gives an amazing branding opportunity.
Customers have an option to choose from heavy duty curtain siders which provide maximum strength to vehicles that are made from light weight alloy sub frames to increase payload. Drawbar Trailers
Belle Group has been designing and building drawbar trailers for many years for the fitment of rigid bodywork, container carriers, curtain siders, brick carriers, demount installations and car transporter bodies.
Since October 2012 we have been involved with Type Approval. Having every trailer type tested and ready for use prior to delivery, means that at the vehicle’s first MOT you, the customer, will have peace of mind that all relevant VOSA paperwork will have been completed, and the ‘Fit for Use’ certificate issued without you having to lift a finger.
Belle also produces specialist semi-trailers for enclosed multi-deck car transporters fitted with hydraulic rear doors/ramps, full opening sides, hydraulic winches, raising roofs and much more.

Box Bodies
The concept of the general box body is simplicity! At the Belle Group, simplicity in concept is where it ends. Each box body is designed to the clients’ bespoke needs making sure everything is accounted for. Electric shutters, side shutters, internal winches, pneumatic locks, load restraint systems, rear and side mounted tail-lifts are but a few options that can help you transform your box body into the optimum/ideal vehicle for your needs.
Whilst GRP is used in the main for its robustness and durability, if you’re looking to get the most out of your payload, we can offer an aluminium construction to keep the weight of the vehicle to a minimum. The basic requirement for the box body is the delivery of goods from A to B safely and securely. High quality body construction and appearance has always been a priority at Belle and this has become more critical as, along with companies corporate branding on their vehicles, the whole package must mirror the product being offered.

Paint Shop
The finish of a vehicle is critical to a company’s image; and we can help. Our in house 5,000sq/ft paint shop, incorporating a low bake oven, means we can carry on our high level of quality right the way through the build process to paint.
With years of experience, our paint technicians can apply a durable and long lasting finish to your truck. We are associated with all the major paint manufacturers who are able to assist us with all new available products, thus lowering our impact on the environment, but still giving the best possible finish to your vehicle.
